Coffee Table: Fracture
Masters I draws from the visual language of modern Indian abstraction, where fractured forms and dynamic diagonals were tools of both tension and clarity. Echoing these visual cues in three-dimensional space, the collection turns structural geometry into sculptural furniture.
Compact and composed, the coffee table plays with visual depth. Its double surface appears fractured from the centre yet held in calculated tension, creating interest from every angle, whether clustered or used standalone. The interplay of multiple materials adds layers of texture and depth, enriching both its form and function, an approach inspired by the works of Tyeb Mehta, Zarina Hashmi, and Mehlli Gobhai.
